Getting started

Anyone 18 or older who passes identity verification with Didit and is approved by the Souqna team. See Become a seller.
Usually within 24 hours. You get an email when the team decides.
Read the feedback, fix the issue, wait 24 hours and click Apply Again. You get 3 applications in total, and each rejection adds a strike.
Your identity verification expired or the team asked you to verify again. Go to Account settings → Seller verification and complete it.

You pick the end date. It defaults to 7 days.
You can edit any listing that isn’t sold or removed. You can’t remove a listing with active bids; use End Auction Now or accept a bid instead.

Fees and payouts

Nothing on regular listings. Listings that offer item verification pay a 12.5% commission. See Earnings and fees.
Earnings are recorded after the buyer receives the item. The Souqna team pays you outside the app and records each payment as a settlement. Contact support about timing and method.
No. The Wakilni courier collects payment from the buyer on delivery.

Shipping

Open the order, fill in the Wakilni pickup details, click Activate Wakilni shipment, print the label and hand the parcel to the courier. See Ship orders.
The buyer added verification or cleaning. The team checks the item before it goes on to the buyer.
Ship within the dispatch schedule you set in Selling availability. Your Overview warns you when a dispatch estimate is close or has passed.
Only buyers can cancel. If you can’t fulfil an order, contact support.
Pause selling from Selling availability. Remember to resume when you’re back; it doesn’t restart on its own.

Strikes

You get a strike for a lost dispute, a rejected seller application, or an admin action. At 3 active strikes you get a 48-hour cooldown, at 4 your selling is suspended, and at 5 your account is banned. Strikes count for 365 days. See Account standing.
