How a sale works

The buyer buys or wins
The buyer clicks Buy Now or wins an auction, then checks out and chooses cash or card on delivery.

The seller ships
The seller activates a Wakilni pickup from the order page and hands over the parcel.

Wakilni delivers
The courier delivers the item and collects payment from the buyer.

The buyer confirms
The buyer clicks Confirm Delivery. Both sides can leave a review, and the seller’s earnings are recorded.
