# Manage your listings, auctions and seller workspace

> Use the Souqna seller workspace to edit and relist items, end auctions or accept a bid, run bulk actions, pause selling, and set up your storefront.

The seller workspace is where you run your shop. Open it from **Open seller dashboard** in your settings. The **Overview** shows what needs your attention, such as orders to ship and questions to answer.

## Listings

* **Find items** with the search box, status filter (Draft, Active, Sold, Expired, Removed) and sort.
* **Edit** any listing that isn't sold or removed.
* **Duplicate** to copy a listing into a new draft. On expired items this button reads **Relist as draft**.
* **Bulk actions:** select up to 100 listings to publish drafts, remove listings, duplicate to drafts, create shipments or download labels.
* **CSV import:** upload a spreadsheet and click **Import valid rows as drafts**.

>
> Removing a listing can't be undone. You also can't remove a listing that has active bids; end the auction instead.

## End an auction early

On your own auction listing you have two options:

* **End Auction Now:** the highest bidder wins.
* **Accept a specific bid:** pick any active or outbid bid. That bidder wins and the auction ends.

The winner has 48 hours to check out.

## Answer questions

Buyers can ask public questions on a listing. They appear as **Reply to a question** tasks on your Overview. Answer quickly; good answers help sell.

## Pause selling

Going away? Go to **Selling availability**, set a start time (or leave it blank for now), an optional expected return date and a public notice, then click **Review pause** and **Confirm pause**.

While paused, you can't publish new listings and buyers see that you've paused. Selling doesn't restart on its own: come back and click **Review and resume**.

**Dispatch schedule:** on the same page, pick the weekdays you ship and your processing days (1 to 30). Buyers see an estimate of when you'll dispatch.

## Storefront

Under **Storefront**, set a display name, public location, bio, profile photo and cover image, then click **Save public profile**. This is the page buyers see when they click your name.

## Install the seller app

Click **Install Sellers** in the workspace to add the Souqna Sellers app to your phone or computer, and **Enable notifications** to get alerts for new orders. On iPhone, tap **Share → Add to Home Screen**.
