# Seller earnings, commission and payouts

> See what Souqna charges sellers, when sale proceeds are recorded, how payouts are settled, and how to read and export your earnings statement.

Souqna records your earnings when the buyer receives the item and pays the courier. The Souqna team then pays you outside the app and records each payment as a settlement on your **Earnings** page.

## What you pay

| Listing **with** item verification offered | **12.5%** of the final price. |

The buyer pays the buyer protection fee, shipping, and any verification or cleaning service. None of it comes out of your proceeds.

## When you earn

Earnings are recorded after successful delivery to the buyer. For verified items, that's the final warehouse-to-buyer delivery. Cancelled orders and items that fail verification don't earn.

| Item | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Earned proceeds** | Your total net earnings. |
| **Unsettled proceeds** | Earned but not yet paid to you. |
| **Settled proceeds** | Already paid to you. |
| **Sales statement** | Each sale with gross, commission, net, settled and unsettled amounts. Filter by date and click **Export CSV**. |
| **External settlements** | Each payment the team made to you, with date and reference, plus any corrections. |

## How payouts work

There is no payout button in the app. The Souqna team pays your unsettled proceeds and records the payment, applied to your oldest earnings first. All amounts are in US dollars. For payout timing or method, contact support.
