## How a sale works

**1. The buyer buys or wins**

The buyer clicks **Buy Now** or wins an auction, then checks out and chooses cash or card on delivery.

**2. The seller ships**

The seller activates a Wakilni pickup from the order page and hands over the parcel.

**3. Wakilni delivers**

The courier delivers the item and collects payment from the buyer.

**4. The buyer confirms**

The buyer clicks **Confirm Delivery**. Both sides can leave a review, and the seller's earnings are recorded.
